Evelyn Fisher

Miss Evelyn Fisher taught at the first school in Granville, North Dakota. The school was located over the Brock and Richardson Implement business, and pre-dated the one that was built in the winter of 1902-03. In 1902, Miss Fisher was paid one dollar per student each month. With 45 students, her salary was $45 a month. Out of that, she had to pay $2 a month for board.
